Samuel Danes (17) has been diagnosed with a bone cancer in his leg.

Auckland

Samuel at the care free age of 17, and in his last year at Waiuku College (Year 13) And a prominent up and coming cricketer, the thought of an aggressive bone cancer in his leg was the last thing on his mind.. let alone his parents, my sister Sonya and brother in law Jon. His chemo sessions are set to start next week, and because of the long journey ahead, Sonya has taken a year off work to be both by the side of her sick son and also be there for their two remaining children in years 9 and 11 at Waiuku College. This is being set up to help out a little as they don't need any extra worries bout how they will pay those everyday bills. Xx
