  • Treatment-progress

      17 November 2015

    Hello everyone,

This is Agims daughter updating, dad has had a couple of cycles of the new treatment and it is going well thus far. It is a tough process but dad is staying strong and staying positive as always.

We have used $17,000 of the $20,261 donated so far, we have to keep fundraising so that dad can continue to receive the treatment he needs.

No donation is too small and every bit counts and means a lot to my family and I.

This weekend there is a Zumba Fundraiser being held to help raise funds for my dads treatment, it will be a fun filled hour and the money will go towards dads treatment. If you can come we would love to see you there, if not please share the event or if possible make a donation

    Much love and best wishes

  • Started New Chemotherapy

      19 October 2015

    Hello everyone,

Thanks to all of your generosity my husband has started the new unfunded chemotherapy this week.

We are still actively trying to raise as much money as we can to pay for the treatment. Please keep sharing, the more people that see it the greater chance we have of reaching the target, and if possible please donate every bit counts.

All of the help received so far means a lot and is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards and best wishes to you all

  • Chemptherapy Starting Soon

      7 October 2015

Hello everyone, thank you for all of your support so far. My husband just finished his course of radiotherapy for his spine one week ago. Now he has one more week until he starts his new chemotherapy treatment.

The planned treatment is a combination of medications, which includes the unfunded treatment that we are still trying to raise money for. This treatment is given in 2 week cycles, which means the money raised so far will cover about one months worth of treatment.

My family and I appreciate all of the help so far, we are still far from the goal so would appreciate all the help we can get. Please keep sharing and please donate if possible, every little bit counts (if 20,000 people donated $5 it would get us to our goal)

Many thanks and best wishes to you all

    Pireva family

  • Radiotherapy & Chemotherapy Update

      8 September 2015

Hi everyone, just wanted to update you on my husbands progress.

He actually spent the last week in hospital as he was experiencing pain similar to that which he had before his surgery. He got back home today and the pain is now under control using medications. He is scheduled to start radiotherapy in about two weeks time. After he finishes his radiotherapy he needs to have a break for a couple of weeks and then start the new chemotherapy. So the time to start treatment is getting closer.

Thank you for all the support so far, please keep sharing so we can raise as much as we can to get my husband the treatment he needs.

He is still recovering from surgery and now has 5 weeks before he has to start radiotherapy and chemotherapy. We need to keep sharing and spread the page to as many people as we can so that the chemotherapy can be affordable. Thanks again we will keep you updated
