Help get Josh home from Chch to HB

    Hey Guys, Since I have had the question put to me 'How can we still be fundraising for money to get Josh home when he is here?' I thought I would explain.

    We have had Joshua returned to us in Hawkes Bay and from Chch without the full debt being paid up front because a $2000.00 deposit was paid which meant the family have legally accepted liability for the $13,000.00 bill that has been given to us.

    I am legally responsible for these funds donated on the givealittle page and I actually had to have my identity, address and the bank account verified to have this page approved for public access. If I do not use these funds as I have stated I will that is fraud which is illegal and since they have all of my details it wouldn't take them long to find me.

    Once the fundraising time frame closes I will be putting a list out these so you guys know what exactly your donations have covered for returning him home and giving him his send off.

  • Josh is home in Hawkes Bay

    Josh is at home now waiting for visitors so come one, come all & say your goodbyes, have a drink with him, have a cry or come tell him off. Hes already had all of the above so hes expecting more!

    Hes at Grandmas - 82 Te Awa Ave, Napier from Saturday morning until Monday night.

  • Other Donations

    Thank you so much for all of the donations so far, it has far exceeded any expectations I had!

    We have had a donation of $2000.00 which was paid directly to our funeral home (Beth Shan) as our deposit. Thank you!

    We have also had another funeral company Hawkes Bay Funeral Services Ltd that contacted us and offered our family the use of their hearse (with a full tank of gas) to go and pick up Josh from Wellington Airport and bring him home to Hawkes Bay. Thank you so much for this assistance HB Funeral Services Ltd this donation saves our family $1200.00 on the funeral costs.

    This means a total of $3200.00 was donated outside of our GiveALittle page!!!
