Helping A Ukrainian Family Who Have Fled The War

Ksenia, Pasha, Ivanna, Dasha & Misha lived in Kyiv the capital of the Ukraine before Russia invaded their country and bombed their city.

The New Zealand Government has allowed the family to seek refuge in New Zealand under family sponsorship as they have family here already. They will not receive government funding and the idea was, that Pasha would start a new job arranged for him, as soon as he got here. A flat has been arranged and the family were due to arrive at the beginning of June. However, there was a mix up with their passports which needed to be renewed and they are still in Poland waiting for their new ones. They are hoping to receive them in a month and then they can rearrange their flights. Meanwhile, Vadim & Alyona (family already here) need to pay the additional rent until the family arrive. I am hoping we can help them through kind donations.
