    Hi everyone,

We wanted to share a quick update on how Kerry is doing and thank you all for the incredible support you’ve shown.

On May 2nd, Kerry had all her teeth removed in preparation for treatment. Just a few days later, on May 7th, she began her first round of chemo. Unfortunately, she had a frightening reaction shortly after it started, and treatment had to be paused. Doctors administered four different medications to prevent another reaction, and thankfully, chemo was able to resume about an hour later.

Yesterday, May 21st, Kerry completed her third chemo infusion. She’s handling everything with amazing strength and positivity, taking each day as it comes.

It’s now been three months since Kerry had her nephrostomy bag inserted. On May 19th, she had an appointment to check her kidney function. Sadly, her kidneys still aren’t strong enough to function on their own, so a new tube has been inserted for another 12 weeks.

Despite all of this, Kerry remains incredibly positive. She wants to say a massive thank you to everyone who has donated, shared the page, or sent kind messages — your support has meant the world.

It’s still early days, so it’s too soon to say how treatment is progressing. But the funds raised so far are helping ease financial stress, allowing Kerry to focus fully on her recovery.

We’ll continue to share updates as we can. In the meantime, please keep sharing — every little bit truly helps.

    With gratitude,

    Team Kerry
