Helping the Bicolanos Devastated by Super Typhoon Rolly (Goni)

For the information of everybody, this is really a typhoon season in the Philippines. Most of the time our region (Bicol) is the most affected by this strong typhoons. What makes it worst for the Bicolanos is the current pandemic that doubles and triples the castasrophic situation.
