Helping the people of Ambae affected by the eruption of the volcano

The emergency medical teams have arrived on Ambae on Saturday 7th April.

Dr Basil Leodoro's Team is deployed to East and North Ambae and the second team is deployed to West Ambae. They will assist and support the Lolowai hospital and clinics on the western side of the island.

Eye and skin infections especially under children is common due to the ash fall.
