Cans for Christmas was established in 2015 as a community building project between the Catholic Schools around New Zealand to donate canned food to their local St Vincent de Paul or Foodbank.
Cans for Christmas has grown to include 50 schools (Catholic and non Catholic) in 2023 and raised over 23000+ canned food items.
During the last 9 years we have collected 160,000 cans and $10,000 for St Vincent de Paul Society to help those in need.

About us
Cans 4 Christmas is a project run through Catholic Schools in Auckland Where on a single day students donate a can of food. These cans go to the St Vincent de Paul Society.
Use of funds
Money will be donated to St Vincent de Paul to help create food parcels
