I have been lucky enough to be selected to represent New Zealand at the 2017 Commonwealth Powerlifting Champs to be held in South Africa!
This is an incredible opportunity for me to represent my country on the world stage at a sport I love and I need your support to help me get there!
I have trained my butt off to achieve this level of competition and I'd love to be able to show what a girl from Northland can do on the world stage, lifting weights and defying the stereotypes that typically define us as woman! I want to show people that woman are strong and capable of achieving any dream they set their mind to!
Unfortunately powerlifting is an individual and self funded sport, and as a student this trip will require me to get some support to fund my dream!
