Help Us Raise Funds For Josh After an Attempted Murder

We have started this fundraiser to raise money for Joshua Cox, a soft natured big hearted loved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend who we all love and adore who has been a victim of an attempted murder.

Josh is currently in ICU in an induced coma and has been fighting for his life since early Sunday Morning.

Joshua was run over by a vehicle which sped through a group of family and friends deliberately. Josh unfortunately took the brunt of the vehicle and was injured the worst. He was not only hit by the vehicle but again ran over while he was on the ground.

Josh is currently in a critical but stable condition and has many operations and recovery ahead of him. He will remain in an induced coma throughout many operations as his body has taken some extreme trauma. He has broken all ribs which will need surgery and bruised lungs. He has had blood transfusions, and has currently had an operation to stop the bleeding, which was thought to be from his spleen and a damaged liver. He will also undergo surgery for this thumb as his tendons have been cut.

Josh has had one of the operations to stop the bleeding. It has been a miracle that both spleen and liver did not need to be removed and has been his stomach has been stitched back together again.

At this stage he is still sedated so his ribs and lungs can heal as they are severely damaged.

At this point in time, we really need funds to help Josh with his recovery and also to help family with some financial assistance whilst they are staying with Josh in hospital.
