Lee's spine surgery/recovery

Numbness in left foot was worrying me but contacted nurse and said this to be expected for next few days.

Mobility is 40% today

Pain is 20%

So doing better then expected.

Going to try my first 500m walk today to get to the goal of 2.4km with no pain.

Home self physio exercises will start today.
