Argy's Army cause.

Auckland

As many of you will know, our good friend Mark (Argy) has recently been diagnosed with cancer. Mark is a wonderful husband and father and he, along with Tara and Sophie have spent the last three and a half years settling into life in New Zealand. They have very much become part of our New Zealand family (whanau) but we also know how very important UK friends and family are to the too.

Mark is positive, determined and an absolute inspiration to us all in his fight with this cancer. We know that both family and friends, while on opposite sides of the globe, want to feel like they can contribute in some way to make this difficult time a little easier and contribute our loving thoughts. This page has been set up to ease some of that burden for Mark and his girls.

Robyn Wijnstok's involvement (page creator)

I am involved to help bring the NZ and UK friends and families together in their support and also for Mark, Tara and Sophie.

As promised I have matched the highest donation so far. The total amount at the end of fund raising will de divided equally with us, an NZ Cancer charity and a UK Cancer charity. I believe this runs to the end of October, so plenty of time to donate. This is just another small thing I can think of doing to give something back, in particular to cancer sufferers and to fund cancer research to find that cure. Thank you, Mark.
