I don't mean to seem insensitive to your case but a little overview on the actual court proceedings/ruling and circumstances leadig up to May help your cause? I feel your pain but am reluctant to pledge an amount as I haven't got enough information at hand.

Hi Toni, thank you for your question.
I completely understand, I found it really hard writing this as I had to be very selective about what information I put up here to protect the innocence of my boys, and at the same time, I didn't want to turn this into a page slagging off the other parties.
I have been working my way through the family court for quite some time, I have filed a breach without notice, but a judge said no, it will remain on an on notice track. So I have been to round table meetings, court appearances, and doing the best to represent myself but this will not be possible for the next court date (yet to be told when)
