Carter was born 10 weeks ago to 2 very proud 1st time parents, Ashleigh and Jesse. Just last month, the family moved into the home they had built and settled in nicely. But today (March 11th), Jesse's life was cut short after a fatal accident, leaving baby Carter without a dad and his partner/family devastated.
