  • Update after Fair Go

    The Fair Go program was excellent for making people aware of buying, selling or renting a home.

    Just some more facts on what Kiel and Emma have been through since. The agent that sold the house to them was a friend of the vendor and had known him for 5 years, so the statement Harcourts made about them not knowing was a little untrue as we believable the actual agent himself might have known.

    Also recently we have found out that the agent was unlicensed and this was one of the clauses in the contract Kiel and Emma were asked to sign, that they would withdraw their complaint about the agent to the REAA, for $5000. Kiel and Emma refused to sign this contract on moral grounds.

    The whole incident has been a revelation about what can go on in these situations and we hope that people are very wary in future. It has made Kiel and Emma very wary never to trust anyone in these situations.

    Something definitely needs to be done about the standards of the use and cooking of this life destroying drug.
