Tyson tragically died in a rally event. This fund has been setup to honour his memory and to support his wife Lucy and their unborn daughter
Auckland
Tyson Zane Jemmett tragically died aged 35 while competing in the Arcadia Road Rally sprint in Paparoa. He leaves behind his beloved wife Lucy who is pregnant with their first child. Tyson died on 25th February which was sadly his and Lucy’s first wedding anniversary.
Tyson was a keen motorsport enthusiast, craft beer lover, travel guru and all-round good person. Tyson lived and loved life.
Tyson was a genuine, enthusiastic and passionate person and he radiated these to others. He was the person who would put his hand up to help and make things happen. He knew that if you want a great community around you, it’s only as good as what you put in.
Anyone who knew Tyson, knew how excited he was about his life with Lucy and that he would have been an amazing dad. This fund has been setup to honour his memory and to support Lucy and his unborn daughter.
Any financial support is deeply and graciously appreciated. All proceeds will go directly to Lucy.

Thanks for the support 10 March 2024
Hi all, thank you so much for your support so far – the generosity has blown me away. It’s hard to believe it’s been weeks since we lost Tyson and still doesn’t feel real. While nothing can bring him back, every dollar donated goes a huge way to supporting Lucy and their future daughter.
The plan at this stage is to welcome donations until after the wee one has arrived – recognising how important that support is in the first few weeks (and beyond).
I have plans to share the page wider. Anything you can do to share the message is greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Tom
