Help me bring 9D breathwork to my community and yours 🫶💕

Kia ora, I’m Tegan. Life has taken me through some heavy challenges, especially as a mum. My son has carried trauma from his upbringing, and for years I’ve poured everything into trying to support him through anger, hurt, and pain with very little help available. Resources were low, support was limited, and I often felt like I was running out of options.

That’s why I’ve chosen to step into something different 9D Breathwork. It’s a powerful healing practice that helps release trauma and reset the nervous system in ways traditional methods often can’t. My dream is to train as a certified facilitator, not just for my own healing and my son’s, but to bring this work into communities across Aotearoa where support is lacking.

With your help, I can fund my training and begin travelling around New Zealand, offering breathwork to people who would otherwise never have access to it. I believe this can make a real impact not just for me and my whānau, but for anyone searching for healing, hope, and a fresh start.

This Givealittle isn’t about just surviving, it’s about creating a real second chance for myself and turning that into something that helps others too.

The funds will help me cover for the course and to focus on healing/health/work training course and the gear to make this happen and will give me the space to build towards doing sessions for people to benefit there lives
