Hopes to Rebuild A Lifelong Project in Memory

My little brother fell dead in my arms

I didn't even get the chance

To say GoodBye . . .

I had to find a way to achieve this

Hi there . .

My name is Danny

Born March '78

& Im 38yrs old . . . (again) haha ;-)

Im the Male Twin of a Male / Female Set

& I live with my partner in Hamilton, New Zealand

I'm not very good at the whole explaining thing

But I'm here to tell my story

So here goes . . .

I brought an RX7 Series 1 GT S back in 1993 with my Twin Sister Amber

She loved our new RX7 !

She had her own Toyota SR at the time but nonetheless the RX7 was the SH*T

We brought the car second hand in good working condition as a project for us to do up together

And after squandering everything we had constantly for soo long we finally had it to a really cool state. . .

But Unfortunately...

Our dreams came crashing down, when 3 years later in June of 1996

She was killed in a car accident along with 4 of our best friends

No Alcohol or Speed involved

Just bad luck on a wet road and a huge truck

It was by far and still is one of the worst days of my life

Then to make matters worse 2 days later angry venters

Stole and torched her Toyota SR which she had also spent so much time and money on.

This took many people by storm , my younger brother Nicholas was never the same

He masked her role strongly in continuing to build our car in memory of Amber

But...

Sadly again

After 9 more yrs of building, saving, blood, sweat n tears

I lost my lil brother Nicholas also

He died right in my arms

He was only 23 when he passed

And still had never driven the RX7

( He would be 38yrs old today )

So . . . .

Through the 26 years we have had this car, the countless hours, the money spent, the dedication

After it being constantly ruined and destroyed by Associates, Jealous Types, Criminals etc

It was Stolen TWICE

Sold and bought back 3 times

Police Auctioned lol

Had multiple Pink stickers and was even Written Off once !!

AND...

I STILL HAVE IT !!

I can not bring myself to sell it

But I just cant afford to rebuild it

Therefore I am trying this last final Hoorah opportunity

to raise the funds in the hopes to finally finish this lifelong project

Make both Nick & Amber proud

And that their valuable time and efforts weren't in vain .
