House destroyed in land slip

Please help us to support Zane, Lisa and their two children, Caillat and Zephyr to rebuild their home.

They have worked tirelessly over the last two years to build their home in Puhoi, and had only just finished it for it to then be destroyed in a massive land slip in the recent Auckland storm.

The house has been pushed off it's piles and is now sitting very close to the edge of a hill making it uninhabitable.

The force of the slip buckled the doors and trapped the kids inside the house. Lisa tried pulling the doors open only to have the handles rip off the doors and had to smash the virtually unbreakable safety glass and pull it all out of the frame to get the kids out safely.

All this was happening while the house was moving closer to the edge.

As you can imagine there is a lot to work through on top of having to dismantle and then rebuild the house.

Lisa and Zane are the most kind and caring people who will go out of their way to help other people any chance they can get.
