House has taken everything all belongings lost

My Aunty and her partners house caught alight today in Fitzroy 30th January 2024 taking all there belongings with it including a car nothing is salvageable and they have been left with nothing but the clothes on there back . Them and their cats got out safely . Please no furniture at this point of time as we have no where to store it . These donations are appreciated as it helps restore things lost in the fire or buy basic necessities they need to get through it. At this stage in time they mainly need food items now Donations can be dropped to 57/5 Carrington street New-Plymouth. I am a relative posting on behalf to help them get back on their feet as they’re very shaken up. Please help if you can. Share this . Couple doesn’t need household items at this stage as nowhere to store them.

House has contents insurance and is insured. Car didn’t have insurance but will likely be covered under contents (this is TBC on amount) and this money will help go towards anything that isn’t covered in the fire like all her business assets and to help go other things that aren’t insured like personal hygiene items, clothes, vet bills and food and to help them get back on there feet .
