Help Ethan and Tammie fund their IVF treatment.
Canterbury
After two years of trying to conceive Ethan and Tammie will be starting IVF in December 2017. Because of PCOS and male factor infertility they haven't been able to conceive naturally and are now in the process of preparing for IVF. Because they aren't eligible for public funding, they will have to pay out of pocket for all their treatment costs, the first round of treatment is going to cost them an estimate of $12,000.00. Please donate and help fund their journey. If you do donate please leave a message for them and their (hopefully) future baby to be put in an album for them to read.
I am a mother myself and watching a beautiful couple going through this is heartbreaking, if we can help ease the burden just a little it will make a huge impact.

Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd jump on and quickly update you on everything that is going on.
Ethan and I are 11 days into the stimulation part of IVF (the part with the injections) and so far I have had to have two monitoring scans in Chch with less than optimistic results.
By the looks of things I have started to develop a dominant follicle (one follicle that uses up all the hormones so the other follicles can't grow) so since starting injections my dose has gone from 150iu up to 250iu which I started last night in hopes that the other follicles will start to grow. I have another check up on Friday, however if they still haven't grown our cycle will be cancelled and we will have to start all over again. We have all our fingers and toes crossed that by friday the higher dose will make all my other follicles grow to the size they need to be but I will let you all know how Friday goes.
Thank you everyone for your support so far.
