HYSTERECTOMY SURGERY MISADVENTURE LEFT ME WITH MEDICAL COSTS LAWYERS BILLS

Recently I was in the news & on the HDC decisions, my name has been confidential I realised im not going to get the help I need from not going public . I had a Hysterectomy that the surgeon didn't read my notes on the day & admitted . He damaged my ureter which after 2 or more months It was left undiagnosed . It lead to me having to have more surgeries ,a nephrostomy tube & told I may lose my kidney . I then had a repair surgery which took hours & I suffered more severe pain . Even until now ongoing health issues. I am diagnosed with clinical PTSD diagnosed by 3 specialist after what's happened I didn't know how bad it was or why I was the way I am until diagnosed in the last year. Also more ongoing medical issues from what the surgeon did . I am more medicated for depression & anxiety . The pain I've suffered physically & mentally I wouldnt wish on anyone because only I have been through it , it's hard for others to understand .Our health system has really let me down the little money I have received doesnt cover what its cost me . I finally got a breach against the surgeon but am left with the ongoing medical costs not covered & bills . All I know in all of this is there's only 1 person at fault & I'm paying for someone else's horrific mistake , & he just got a Breach . I've always given & helped people as much as I can to a fault I need help now, as our Health system is not looking after victims of misadventure. I hope it helps others too . Thank you x
