As sad as your journey has been and to have that little bit of hope for your future of elimination of that ugly disease to be told theres nothing more that can be done is well in my opinion absolutely blown my mind tbh. I won't say it is what it is because our lil bit of faith we do hold is tenfold our lil bit of hope we hold is tenfold.
