I need urgent help: Surgery for a rapidly growing tumor

    Hi everyone, I wanted to share that I’ve had my surgery here in Argentina, and thankfully everything went well. The doctor reviewed my scans and things are looking positive so far. A small nodule was found in the lungs, but it’s not something to worry about at this stage. I’m currently taking anti-inflammatories due to a mild reaction to the internal stitches, and the external ones have already been removed.

    Now I’m waiting for the biopsy results. Once they’re in, there will be a medical meeting with the oncologist to decide the next steps.

    I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who has been supporting me so kindly and generously. Your help and positive energy have truly carried me through this very difficult time.

    I’m writing to let you know that, thank God, I was able to make it to Argentina in time and have now had the surgery. Thankfully, everything went well and I was discharged from the hospital today. I’m still feeling some pain around the stitches, but the doctors say that’s completely normal while the body adjusts.

    If my recovery continues to go well, I’ll have to do more tests and a contrast-enhanced CT scan next week, followed by a check-up with the surgeon. The next step will be to meet with an oncologist to start preventive treatment while we wait for the biopsy results. In about three weeks, the stitches will be removed, and we’ll continue with further treatments as needed.

    I’m taking it one step at a time, staying hopeful and doing my best to stay strong.
