    We have decided to close Ryders page. After a few overwhelming months, Ryder just lost his Nana. We feel, at this point, we cannot do justice to this fundraiser.. We wish to thank everyone of all your support and donations. We still intend to to use the funds wisely and, when the weather warms, will make a start on what we can. We will post pictures on Ryders instagram page. @i.am.ryder

  • Quick Update

    Hi everyone,

    Ryder has been struggling to cope with some changes within the family as he has processing difficulties.

    This and the changes themselves, are taking all of our energy at the moment.

    We just wanted to assure everyone that the funds raised, are still going to be used fully for what they were intended and when progress has been made, we will be posting photos so you can see.

  • Little Update

    Hi All!

    Sorry it has been awhile since the last update. There has been a lot happening.

    Ryder has been sick for the last 2 weeks and his Nana has been in hospital for the last 3 weeks.

    We are starting to plan one of the 'Safe Spaces' for Ryder. Seeing as it is Winter here, we will start with filling in a section of the deck so he has somewhere out of the elements to sit in the fresh air.

    Thanks to Child Development especially his PT/OT ladies who went all out to make sure he got this.

    When we started this fundraiser, we had no idea this was a possibility.

    We are very grateful.

    There is still a bit for us to do with his funding. We are hoping for a referral to a Paediatric Specialist to come through plus what is already on the list.

    We are appreciative of each and every one of you.

  • Wheelchair

    After some canceled hospital appointments, Ryder had one today and they measured him up for a wheelchair. We are not sure of the procedure there at this time (eg: is it funded or how long) but will keep you updated.

    A lovely friend of the family has let Ryder borrow a wheelchair until he gets his own.

    First trip out was a little bit of a battle as he struggles to understand he is now too big for a buggy.
