    Wow, I am so grateful for the way that people got behind me in this campaign. It really feels like my goal is now in reach. Especially now that the CJB Norwood Trust for people with Cerebral Palsy has pledged to grant $2000. They will pay this directly to the supplier, not to Givealittle.

  • Less than two weeks to go.

    With less than two weeks to go, I thought it was time for a quick update. First to say a big thank-you to those who have already donated. I am hugely grateful to have over $5,250.

    Last weekend I went into the local bike shop. They had a new line of bikes with the motor that I plan to have on my trike. This is good news, because it means that parts should be more available in NZ than I expected.

    It feels a little odd to benefit from what is arguably a bad situation. But, because of Brexit, the Euro has weakened. This means that the cost of my trike may have come down by perhaps as much as 5%.

  • Cerebral Palsy society grant

    I am very thankful that the Cerebral Palsy Society has granted $1500 for the trike.
