My beautiful 13 year old niece Raiana tragically passed away on Wednesday 1st May. It has been a trying time for the family dealing with a loved one passing, but even more so because she was so young. Her mum Natasha, and brothers Tana and Kahu, are devastated and we are all trying to process what has happened.
Raiana was extremely loved by all of us, and our hearts will never recover from this tragedy.
Please consider a koha, or sharing this page, to help support the family with funeral costs of our baby girl, and time for mum and brothers to grieve without worrying about living costs.

We are overwhelmed at the support received and can see so many of you have had trouble trying to access mental health services for your families or children also. We will continue to fight for the changes to be made and would love you to continue sharing Raiana’s story to raise more awareness around mental health. It’s been shared in Australia, America and more which is amazing! More and more people will get the help they need as a result and this is what we will continue to build awareness to achieve!
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart - it’s amazing to see that although there’s so many horrors in the world at the moment, the community spirit in Aotearoa is alive and well 💛💛
