Indy needs chemo and a new lease on life

Indy I back at the park
25 August 2021After a rough couple of weeks, indy decided she had enough of being bedridden. Got back up on 3 wobbly legs and started to demand a trip to her fav park to meet some of her favorite people and peppers. Looks like she is ready to get amongst it again folks! Chemo is still to come but the hard part looks to be behind us.

She's back home from her surgery!
12 August 2021Indy came back home to her family yesterday minus half a rear leg. It's gonna be a rough few days as she gets through the shock and pain of the surgery and learns how to walk on 3 legs.
We're going to be there for her 24/7 as she gets through her battle against bone cancer. Biopsy tissue samples have been sent off to an oncologist to tell us what type of bone cancer, how aggressive it is and a recommended chemo regimen, expect a couple of weeks to get it all back.
