Please help Isabella at the Junior Commonwealth Games

    Today is the last day for this givealittle page, and we want to thank ALL of Isabella's supporters - family, friends, and even strangers who have helped on this journey. Isabella had a fantastic competition at the Junior Commonwealth Championships in Namibia, Africa. The New Zealand team took out the bronze medal and Isabella had individual success making three finals - she placed 2nd for balance beam, 3rd for floor exercise and 4th for vault. We are truly grateful for all the support in finances, love and prayers. You can watch some of her routines on Youtube (channel: NZGymchick).   • 3 weeks to go!!

    Hi Everyone! Well, there are just three weeks left until Isabella departs for Namibia, Africa... and just two weeks from today until she is competing at the National Championships in Invercargill, NZ. Her training is going well and she's added in a new vault and a couple of new skills on the uneven bars! The year has been eventful and has passed quickly. We are so grateful to all of you for your support and help through donations! The past two Saturdays we held bakesales to raise some funds for the trip, and the total amount raised was $797! (that doesn't include subtracting the money I spent on baking ingredients! ;) So far we have paid for Isabella's flights and uniforms but there are still outstanding fees to be paid for the competition costs and the accommodation and excursions, etc. while in Africa.   • Gold at Auckland Manukau Champs!

    Last weekend Isabella competed at the Auckland Manukau Championships and placed 1st AA in the junior international division. Day 2 of the competition was apparatus finals, where she took out the gold for uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise as well as the bronze for vault. It was a great end to the regular competitive season and now she is training for National Championships in Invercargill before the Junior Commonwealth Championships in Namibia.
