Islamic Education Centre in New Zealand

Seasonal greetings,

We have launched this campaign due to the need of Islamic education for the people of South Auckland. Our purpose and vision is to provide the Muslim community with a center for education and community work whereby children and adults can be taught basic Arabic language, recitation of the Holy Quran, classes on Islamic jurisprudence but most of all in an environment best suited to them.

The people of Auckland are in need of access to various Islamic literature and due to the demand we are wanting to create a small library within the center that will cater for all age groups.

Our objectives are as follows ;

1 - Provide an Education center for children/adults

2 - Islamic literature (mainly from overseas)

3 - Children activities

4 - Islamic advice and discussions on religious matters

5 - Islamic Library

6 - Daily prayers

7 - Ablution facilities

8 - Facilities for ladies

9 - Youth club
