The first leg of Iwi Whakamahu is complete. But the mahi doesn't stop here. The Givealittle remains open due to the interest from people who want us to go to other cities and towns around NZ.

The initial goal of $100,00 changed to being an open goal since the original kaupapa of what we are doing has changed. There was no way for me to edit the goal despite numerous attempts.
As people have seen, Martel is now in the country and Iwi Whakamahu-Heal The Nation is going ahead as planned.
As explained to Givealittle, the page has an end date of June due to the Iwi Whakamahu team not knowing the specifics after this haerenga. There have been numerous requests for the South and even Stewart Islands but that depends on the availability of the team and the funds available to do it and the success of this first (we hope) haerenga.
