Returning Ja 1260 to Steam!

    In order to keep things moving, the steam dome top has been removed to allow for investigation into the regulator, this is known to have a slight leak which will need to be rectified before the boiler can be hydraulically tested.

  • Tube Removal Begins

    April 2016:

    We've started removing tubes from Ja 1260, 1/4 of the total to be removed were cut off from the firebox end today ready for pulling once all are ready to come out.
