I met Jake when he became my Premium Manager at ASB Bank. He was, and remains, the most helpful, genuine and friendly banking contact I have ever had. He really "got" about being of service. I am sure he would have been the same in his private life. I was shocked to hear he had passed, the world needs many more people like Jake (as do the banks!).
