Hi Everyone! Just a quick update regarding Jaden's motorised wheelchair device. We are working closely with an engineer designing a one of a kind all terrain wheelchair built specifically for Jaden's needs. The process has taken a bit longer than anticipated, but the end result is going to be amazing and give Jaden the independence he deserves. Will keep you posted! Thanks again for your generosity.
Champions ""Team"" Jaden competed in the 2013 Tough Guy & Gal Challenge today in Auckland to raise money for Jaden. Already they have raised almost $1,000 with more on the way. An awesome effort by everyone!
We are in talks with some engineers to possibly build a device specifically for Jaden which is exciting news. We are keeping the fundraising page going, as with most disability type equipment the costs end up being higher than first anticipated. Thanks again to all you wonderful donors!!

We are so appreciative at the amazing response we have had to Jaden's Cause. Thank you one and all!! A special acknowledgement to the Mazda Foundation for their incredibly generous donation! The particular motorised device we had in mind at the beginning of our fundraising campaign will not be on the market until November. In the meantime we are also searching the market for other options that may allow Jaden to traverse multiple terrains of this wonderful country we live in!

The generosity of people has been amazing in the last 24 hours! You all are so wonderful to donate to Jaden especially those of you that have never met him. Jaden is an active boy who loves the outdoors. Having a device that allows him to access the beach, the hiking trails, and many campsites we visit that are rarely ever accessible, would make such a huge difference in his life! Jaden's good friend Alex, has become a Champion for his cause, putting together a team of amazing people who will be competing in the ""Tough Guy & Gal Challenge"" in Auckland in July.
