Unfunded medication to help prolong my brother life

My brother Jamie has diagnosed with lung and bone cancer.
Jamie had testicular cancer at the age of 25 and now 18 years later been diagnosed with this! At 43 years of age Life is so not fair
I’m wanting to help them out as there is a treatment called keytruda which will help with pain management and prolong his quality of life in addition to chemotherapy.
As Jamie can’t work anymore.
Any help towards treatment would be amazing.
Jamie has been told 10 months with chemotherapy but possibly 2 years with the unfunded treatment
