’ve got an intermediate school exchange to Japan in September 2027 — living with a Japanese host family for about eight nights, learning language and culture with my classmates.
My family pays a parent contribution. This Givealittle page is for my NZ$1,500 fundraising share, so friends, whānau, and anyone who’s enjoyed the Strings to Wings ukulele clips can chip in if they want to.
Through December I’m posting short ukulele videos around Auckland — single-take, homegrown, no AI. If a clip makes you smile, a small gift (or a share) helps a lot.

I’m the parent/guardian organising this page for my child’s intermediate school trip to Japan.
Use of funds
NZ$1,500 fundraising contribution toward trip costs (flights, homestay, programme, food/local transport, insurance/contingency). If we raise less, every dollar still goes to those costs; the family covers the rest.
