Jeff was 9 when a blockage was found in his brain to drain fluids, at 11 a non-operable tumours was found, extensive radiotherapy was given, he survived by sheer will power after being told he will not reach 12. In 2007 he was treated again and survived, being hit by a car is the last thing he needed
