please help me smile!

Hi guys, well have been back to the dentist to get a quote, my options have become limited unfortunately, 10 extractions, 3 of which are surgical. And a partial denture for my front 6 teeth as implants are too expensive at $6000 a tooth. And there's no support for a crown and bridge. Total work needed done equalling a whopping $5940.00!!
