Meita is undergoing her first weeks of radiotherapy which should be completed soon. Immunotherapy will continue until June 2024, so we are hopeful for a better year next year

Meita is halfway through her therapy treatments. So far so good . No adverse reactions and Meita is responding well. It is sad to lose ones lovely locks but we feel her glamourous Beanie just highlights her beautiful features even more.
Hi everyone, we thought to give you an update on Meita’s journey this far.
Last Thursday saw Meita receive her ninth week of treatment.
Unfortunately after her second week she had a delayed reaction to one of the chemos which saw a very nasty rash come out and along with a temperature meant Meita had to go into A&E for an evening. Treatment had to stop for a week but since then she is back into her weekly treatments.
Apart for tiredness, she is soldiering on.
Meita wishes to thank everyone for their love and support.
As administrators of her page we also thank all those who have donated towards Meita’s immunology. Please continue to share the page with as many contacts as possible.
We are hoping that this is just the start to out fundraising efforts.
