I will be representing New Zealand in the World Barista Championship in Panama between October 22-25th. I am grateful to NZSCA and Mojo for being able to support my costs, but it cannot cover everything.
It's not a lot of time, and I need funding for training spaces, coffee, and travel within Panama.
I understand times aren't easy for anyone, so even a little, means a lot.
We'll be hosting an event after the championship, with a chance to taste all three courses.
Use of funds
Coffee, training spaces in Panama, travel inside Panama, equipment in Panama and on stage.
