Johnsonville, Wellington
Kia ora friends, whānau, and supporters,
We’re Mike and Enesh, two passionate Taekwon-Do practitioners from North Wellington ITF Club in Johnsonville. We’re on a journey to test our skills at the ITF Taekwon-Do World Cup in 2026, and we need your help to get there!
Enesh – At just 16 years old, he has already made waves in the NZ Taekwon-Do community with his discipline, work ethic and character.
Regional Achievements :
Best Overall Green Belt 2024
Best Overall Blue Belt 2025
National Achievement
Best Overall Green Belt 2024.
With dreams of becoming a world-class competitor for New Zealand, this World Cup is a crucial step on that path.
Enesh is dedicated to his sport with the character and self discipline to train at every opportunity. He support others in our club and at a regional level to become better practitioners while also continuing his personal development with guidance of our instructors and seniors.
Mike – is a senior Taekwon-Do student who trains for fitness, discipline, and self-defense. After six years of practice and dedication, 2026 is the year that he hopes to earn his black belt rank.
The opportunity to represent the North Wellington club at World Cup is a way to give back to the instructors who have helped us on our TKD journey but also to showcase our abilities on a world stage.
Every dollar counts! By donating and sharing our story you can help us reach World Cup while also supporting us as we strive to reach our black belt status.
