I hate to have to to inform you all that our mate Joycey/Jase/Jason, passed away peacefully at 5am on February 21st 2023. With his family by his side and giving so much support his final words were simply 'I love you'. Claire and the boys are in a whirlwind of emotion and heartache. His funeral service will be available for us in the UK to view at 9pm on Monday 26th. NZ will be on the 27th at 10am. I shall let you all know the log on details when I have them, but for now, please let's keep him in our hearts and memories. Any last donations for his service would also be very welcomed as I know Claire and his family want him to have the best onward journey. Many thanks to you all. 🫶😞🙌💔
As I'm sure most of you are aware Jason is now in hospice and very poorly. He has his lovely wife and boys with him and is being well looked after. They can't thank you enough for your amazing generosity and support at this horrific time. Huge thanks 🫶🫶🫶❤️
Our world torn apart again. The words you never want to hear have been spoken 😞 there won’t be our fortnightly chemo photo anymore as it is not working! We are gutted there is nothing else that can be done.. this roller coaster ride keeps on going 6 sessions of chemo taking its toll on Jase both physically and mentally just hasn’t done it’s job. We now cherish each other and our boys for as long as we can. Thank you to you all for your support it means so much to us 🌻💜 xxxx
Jase has been really struggling, theyre trying to get his meds right and change them. Jono his brother, and sister in law Jeanette have been here and we had a lovely time at Muriwai Beach, it wiped him out but lovely memories made. I've added some photos for you.
