    Kia Ora Everyone,apologies,

    Whilst I know it's been a few weeks since our last update, you would be pleased to know that Juan is recovering as expected with his reconstruction of his jaw ;however his leg where the fibular bone was removed has been a slow and delayed process with his overall healing due to complications. In saying that, Juan will finally start physiotherapy next Wednesday (🤞) in the mean time, we have created a social platform for our Kai Fundraisers on Facebook. Please feel free to add or follow our account to keep up to date with Juan's progress & see what type of Kai we are selling for our fundraisers ☺️ as always, thank you again for your support ❤️

  • Long road to recovery

    Kia Ora Whanau & Friends, Juan still has some work ahead of him before he can go back to work. In the mean time we would like to keep our page open and also have another kai fundraiser coming up 23rd September at the Harcourts in Orewa from 12pm. Please come along to try some Kai from Chile and say Kia Ora /Hola 👋

    Kia Ora everyone, apologies for the late update.. The last 72 hours have been intense. The surgery went well, however Juan is still in ICU and we are hoping he can move to a ward today. Thank you once again for all of your support and please keep positive thoughts for Juan and a speedy recovery for him ❤️

    Kia Ora Whanau & Friends ❤️

    It has been confirmed that Juan's Surgery is scheduled for next Tuesday 22nd of August and he will be in Auckland City hospital from Monday 21st. As some of you may be wondering ( as were we) The reason for the delay as explained by the head and neck surgeon, is that they have decided to also go ahead with the dental implants at the same time during the surgery, therefore giving Juan the chance to recover from all major surgery at once. Thank you once again for your continued support. I will keep you all updated xx

    Kia Ora Whanau & friends..

    Unfortunately and frustratingly.. Juan's Surgery has been postponed yet again. We have been given another date..however, I would rather make my next update about the surgery when we are certain for sure . Thank you to everyone for your continued support ❤️🙏 we will be doing another kai fundraiser in the near future, so please keep an ear out for it. Have a safe weekend xx
