Jude Hampton is a colleague and friend, who was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease in November last year. As a result of her illness, Jude has been forced to take leave without pay from the job she loves as a primary school teacher. A single parent since she was widowed many years ago, Jude receives a supported living benefit, and it is very difficult to make ends meet.
As Jude's condition deteriorates, she will need to make many adaptations to her home and lifestyle. Your support is deeply appreciated - please give whatever you are able to.
