This fundraiser is set up to help ease the pressure on Julia financially over the coming months.

On the 30/8/23 Julia's 2 children, Ivan (11 years) and Ilaria (8 years) were involved in a horrific car accident along with their father.

Both children received serious injuries including multiple broken bones, requiring extensive surgery for both of them.

Both children are going to require a lot of rehab and care over the coming months, which means Julia will not be able to work for the foreseeable future.

Julia is a respected member of the Angels Grooming family and we would love to help her as much as we can.

Julia has stated that any funds raised that exceed the family's needs, will be used to support Starship Hospital and the Westpac Rescue Helicopters.

The family is overwhelmed by your generosity in this life-changing event. The children, while still in significant pain, have been able to sit in a wheel chair for a time. Bones will eventually heal, but the trauma will last many years.

Seeing their dad is hard as his progress is going to be extremely slow but he is able to talk now slowly. Julia has not left the hospital since the accident and sleep is hard as the children are still finding overnight sleep difficult due to the pain so she comforts them constantly. So much is still to be done, and specialists attend to the family multiple times a day due to the variety of issues from the accident. Thank goodness for Startship !!!
