Update for 25/04/2011
25 April 2011Please see attached photos of the shave and also two video clip. Sorry for the delay in posting an update. ?Every time I have gone on to do it the system has crashed. ?Very frustrating! Anyway so the shave went very well. ?Lots of parents and children turned up to watch the 5 teachers and myself have their head shaved. ?We were also very happy that Ciara and her mummy were able to come and watch which was an added bonus to us all. ?As soon as the shave finished Ciara and Jane went straight to the airport to head up to Christchurch so Ciara good undergo more chemo. The kids at daycare had been discussing all week what would be happening and had been shown the clippers that were going to be used and told it wouldn't hurt so they knew what to expect. ?As adults we all agreed not to show any sadness in our faces at our hair being cut and to portray it was a joyous event!
