Mawhitiwhiti Kanihi Pa rebuild

Kia ora Vincent, the monthly costs to run the Pa is approximately $1,000 per month with our largest bills usually being insurance, lawn mowing and water tank/pump maintenance. The building project is a large capital works project which we are yet to work out how much will cost us but it'll be more than 1 million dollars. Thanks for your patai.
