    A huge thank you to everyone who has so kindly donated to this cause, ironman 2014 has been and gone and I had the most amazing, fabulous time, I loved every second of it and despite the odds managed a successful race! Something I couldn't have done without the amazing support of my family and friends and sponsorship help from Shoe Clinic and EmbroidMe. I am so thrilled to be able to donate $2000!!!!! Dollars to the wonderful people at dove house so they can continue with the amazing work they do xx

    4 weeks to go and I'm not going to let a little crash in the 70.3 stop me!! Before the crash my training was going great! Right now I am just trying to get my swimming back up to scratch. It would be really great to give Dove House a big fat cheque so please dig deep and support this really great cause.

    Enter details of your update here Less than 20 weeks to go!!!!! Training is getting pretty intense to say the least (: I have managed to get a new specialised bike after the old one broke! Which is going really well, loving it. Feeling pretty excited and nervous especially after watching ironman Kona in the weekend. Back to training (:
