With successive covid lockdowns and then Andre’s stroke late last year, the last three years have been tough on our friends at the Astanga Yoga Studio in Auckland. Let’s help ease the pressure and show some practical kindness to those who give so much!! Andre and Dee are always helping others (including sharing free yoga videos during lockdowns), now it’s our turn to give them some breathing space. These traditional astanga studios are precious - there is no other place like it. Every little gift helps and please share!!
