Stable and going strong
13 April 2025Hi everyone, Givealittle have reminded to give an update. I have to many of you personally over the past few months, but here it is. When I returned from Bali I had an ultrasound: the main lump of 18mm is stable with no growth in 7 months and the smaller lump of 9mm had shrunk to 4mm. Both excellent news. Bali was a catalyst for me to take time & practical means to focus 100% on my healing going forward. The lumps would have been brewing there for several years likely, they wont disappear overnight. If they can remain stable or shrink through my diet, lifestyle, emotional work and environment changes, then my job is done. I am 62 now, so if I can do this another 30 years - all good!
My focus going forward:
1. Diet - load up with nutrients, whole(real) food and good water. Maintain healthy weight and BMI.
2. Heal my emotional body
4. Clean up my mental state(Dr Joe Dispenza is my go to, check him out)
5. Focus strongly on my spiritual side(meditation and others)
4. Exercise my body(yoga, walking and gym(working on this!)
5. Get the lymphatic system working at its best to ensure optimum immune system - body brushing, rebounding trampoline, lymphatic exercises
6. Seeing and believing myself healthy, whole and well.
7. Not entering into any fear or stress (so detrimental for health)
7. To keep monitoring my wee lumps every 6 months with ultrasound (girls, please do your research on mammograms).
Thank you for all your support and love.
